About Me
Helping high-impact individuals unlock potential and create change.
To help men rebuild self-trust, strengthen their integrity, and live lives that match their values.
I believe men transform not through theory, but through consistent action, honest reflection, and supportive community. My mission is to create spaces where men can show up truthfully, take responsibility, repair quickly, and grow into the men they know they’re capable of being.
I spent nearly a decade as a startup co-founder and CTO, helping scale a hardware company from a tiny London flat into a multi-million-pound operation shipping over 100,000 units worldwide. I lived discipline, pressure, and high-performance leadership — but underneath the surface, I struggled with inconsistency, burnout, and breaking my own word.
Stepping out of my executive role was a turning point. Over the past two years, I immersed myself in men’s work, embodiment, somatic practices, IFS/parts work, trauma-informed facilitation, leadership circles, and deep relational work. I experienced the kind of spaces where men speak truthfully, hold each other accountable, and commit to becoming better versions of themselves.
CommitMen is the synthesis of both sides of my life — the builder who understands structure and execution, and the man who has done the emotional, relational, and internal work required to change.
My approach blends structure with depth. I bring the clarity, systems thinking, and operational discipline I learned as a founder, and pair it with the emotional presence, embodiment work, and trauma-aware facilitation I’ve trained in over the past several years. I hold spaces that are grounded, honest, and free from performance — where men can show up truthfully, take responsibility, and grow at a sustainable pace.
I believe integrity is built through small consistent actions, clear commitments, and repairing quickly when we slip. This container combines the practical tools of accountability with the relational safety needed for real transformation. Above all, I hold a steady, non-judgmental environment where men can do the work of becoming dependable, self-led, and aligned with their values.
CommitMen is the space I wish I had earlier — a structured, honest, supportive container to practice consistency, accountability, and integrity alongside other men who are doing the same.
